Sam Eshaghoff

Founder & Managing Principal

Sam Eshaghoff is the founder and Managing Principal of West Egg Development, leading the company's acquisition, financing, design, and project management initiatives.

Eshaghoff has an extensive track record of successful real estate projects in the New York market, ranging from commercial ground-up construction projects to luxury home renovation projects. He leads his family's decades-old real estate development and management portfolio.

Prior to founding West Egg, he served as Head of Acquisitions at Monarch Realty Holdings, a Manhattan and Bronx-focused family office; founded Surface Development, a vertically-integrated residential repositioning platform; and served as Vice President at GPB Realty Capital, a private equity fund focused on ground-up development in New York.

Eshaghoff serves as Chairman and President of the Board of The Brooklyn Bank, a nonprofit organization in Brooklyn.
